Welcome to my website, my name is Kath and I am a fully qualified, practicing General Practitioner with a keen interest in the use of acupuncture for many medical conditions.

I am a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society

and hold their Certificate in Medical Acupuncture, CMA.

I am continuing to study for the

BMAS Diploma in Medical Acupuncture.

My Story & Qualifications

Having lived in the North West of England for most of my life I qualified as a doctor from Manchester Medical School in 1993 and three years later became a GP. I am registered with the General Medical Council, and undergo regular peer assessment and re-validation.

I have now founded DWMA in order to offer a fuller holistic therapy to anyone wanting help with physical or mental health issues. I use my medical training, knowledge and experience to diagnose and use several modes of Acupuncture to help clients.

Currently in order to comply with Licensing, I am offering domiciliary therapy only.

That is I come to you, bringing all the necessary equipment to treat you in the

comfort of your own home.

My purpose built therapy centre is nearing completion.

I will then be able to offer therapy in Pilling, Lancashire.
